Born from a desire to assist clients of all ages, but especially children with disabilities or learning difficulties, Rabbit Pet Therapy provides an affordable alternative to pet ownership and therapy.

Servicing all capital cities (excluding NT and QLD), Rabbit Pet Therapy was established in 2020 by Dr Neil Griffiths—who has over 30 years of experience in veterinary medicine and 15 years of breeding and treating rabbits. Holistic from conception, our guided interviews connect clients with the right therapy rabbit for them.

Our desexed and specific pathogen-free (common diseases eliminated) RABVET rabbits feature exemplary gut health, live long lives and imprint on humans following birth. They have an affinity for people and are trained according to the individual needs of each client.

By conducting interviews at the outset, we identify your challenges and desired outcomes. This allows us to tailor our services and train the right rabbit for you or your child, maximising the benefits that flow from the therapeutic interaction between rabbit and client.
